Position overview

Mission

  • To sell/build the Insights & Data business mainly cooperating with the account managers / Market Units, closely interacting with the I&D business developers across NCE, and build up and leveraging his/her own relationships with the hyperscaler partner companies.
  • When working on deals this role may encompass taking over – depending on exact set-up – roles as the chief architect, executive sponsor, head of the solutioning team but also from time to time bid manager (of a big deal).
  • Helping to start up the deals with the knowledge of the sales process and the solution designed – up to the earliest possible point, where he/she can be sure that the delivery team is equipped with all that it takes to deliver successfully.
  • This role will be responsible for building new business, selling data and analytics opportunities, and setting up the delivery of large-scale programs for the customers.
  • The position will be part of the Insight & Data leadership team, responsible for shaping the go to market, growing the capabilities, and delivering on the strong growth ambitions of the firm.
  • The success of this role will be measured on how much additional business the company will be able to secure in the region.

Reporting

The position reports to the Executive Vice President, Head of Insights and Data North & Central Europe.

 

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be an established leader in the field of Data and Analytics with experience in selling and delivering large-scale transformation programs leveraging hyperscaler technology in the data domain (specifically but not exclusively Azure, AWS, CGP, snowflake).
  • Experience working within a value-driven environment, leveraging, and providing technology to enable topics such “data-driven company” or “Ai@scale”, ML-Ops, cloud-transformation, multi-cloud-environments, etc. is required.
  • Business and consulting experience will be essential to understand, describe and argue about the business value that the client will be able to achieve by leveraging the cloud platforms selected within the context of the engagements sold.
 Specifically, will be needed:
  • Proven relationships with Senior Executives of large organizations in Northern and Central Europe (i.e., UK, NL, DE, and the Nordic countries) focused on the areas responsible for Data and Analytics
  • Experience in shaping the Data and Analytics services and solutions that deliver the client’s vision leveraging hyperscaler platforms
  • Strong understanding of the Data and Analytics domain and market with knowledge of how the domain can influence business outcomes
  • Experience in the Cloud vendors GCP, Azure, AWS, snowflake, … and how their solutions can be leveraged to deliver Data and Analytics solutions
  • A proven network with both Technology and Delivery partners
