The Position

The company is looking for a Sales Account Executive for Belgium, who will have the task of developing the sales of all the catalog solutions: API Management, EDI, Managed File Transfer.

 

Reporting

He/she will report to the Sales Director Benelux, based in Groot-Bijgaarden.

 

Responsibilities

Achievement of revenue targets

  • Plan and implement commercial strategy and actions addressing the needs of major account customers and winning the various opportunities
  • Reporting and forecasts: giving visibility to management on the progress of market opportunities and on the competitive situation, establish the sales forecasts
  • Coordinate commercial actions with all stakeholders in the company: Pre-sales, Services and Support
  • Meet quarterly and annual licensing sales targets and of subscriptions
  • Identify and sign new opportunities by developing relationships with partners and via marketing actions

Relationships with customers

  • Build a close relationship with the leaders of the different major accounts and be recognized as a trusted contact person
  • Qualify opportunities
  • Capitalize on the understanding of business issues (“compelling event”) in order to propose a solution that meets the clients’ needs
  • Mapping the customer organization to build a network and influence the decision
  • Develop a strong customer satisfaction culture

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in selling B2B middleware solutions
  • Motivated by creating a long-term relationship with existing clients and new logos
  • Open-minded and able to adapt to a French/US company culture
  • Proactive, able to make decisions independently
  • Easy to “coach”
  • Persistent
  • Has strong empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Great fluency in written and oral communication
  • Perfect command of Dutch, French and English
