Partner Business Consulting - French Ministry of Interior and European Homeland Security

 
The Company:

The company is a leading international Consulting and IT Services provider. 


Missions:

  • Participate in the Consulting strategy and business plan
  • Participate in the offer structuration and its animation
  • Implement the recruitment plan
  • Manage a team of consultants (based on exemplarity, motivation, skill improvement, career management)
  • Develop real leadership to lead the community and to attract new talents
  • Is Member of the Public Sector Practice Management team  


Business development:

  • Define the Consulting account strategy with the Global Account Manager
  • Develop consulting assignments in the account. On average, a Partner objective is 3500k€
  • Understand customer issues and propose solutions based on the practice capabilities
  • Lead the negotiations for the referencing or to sign new contracts
  • Lead/participate in the bid proposals


Monitoring the results:

  • Monitor the sales results and ensure the achievements of the objectives
  • Monitor the revenue and ensure the assignments profitability (objective being 50% gross margin)
  • Commit to the revenue forecasts
  • Manage the delivery of the assignments (in terms of staffing, quality, costs, lead times, risk management, customer satisfaction)
  
Profile:
  • Master’s degree from Universities, Engineering or Business Schools
  • More than 10 years Consulting experience in the Public Sector and in particular with one at least of the following Ministries: Interior, Justice, Defense, or Finance
  • Consulting experience of more than 10 years with large Accounts in digital transformation projects
  • Experience in the sales of complex consulting assignments
  • International project management experience
  • Ability to define and to develop a strategic vision within a large account
  • Experience in developing a strategic vision to develop a large account
