transform their business and unlock the future, by combining Strategy, Design, Data and Platforms.
The Position
The executive in this role will have the responsibility to carry out and developing the IT
strategy offer: IS / digital trajectory in connection with the transformation of business
challenges (growth, performance, resilience, etc.).
He/She brings an Enterprise Architecture approach to its efforts to address business
issues and define IS / Digital strategies, providing in-depth expertise on IT strategy topics,
with proven sector knowledge (eg Energy, Retail, Insurance, Banking).
In charge of the Business Development targeting CIO’s (or CEO’s for mid-market).
Accountable for the development of a turnover of € 2-3 M on its own offering, he/she
will be delivering the missions at C-Level, supervising the delivery teams.
Carrying out a Thought leadership activity to contribute to the influence of the firm,
he/she will ensure the development of consultants' skills and contributing to the
recruitment of new talents
Reporting
The position reports directly to the MD of the Management Consulting Division
Qualifications
- Responsibility demonstrated on a similar scope in a Tier 1 firm
A personal network of decision-makers within major accounts (CIO, IS Strategy
Manager) which enables missions to be undertaken at 3/6 months
An ability to attract a “cluster” of consultants specializing in people & change
themes
Offers experience in managing a P&L with a focus on growth and animation of
teams, rolling out new businesses and leading organisations of a comparable size
Well-rounded executive with the ability to deliver strategic but hands-on business
vision.
Well-organized, used to work and influence in a “soft” matrix environment and to
deal with ambiguity
Proven experience in dealing “tough but fair” with works councils
French and English fluently, strong intercultural intelligence.
