Govert is Partner specialising in Leadership Consulting, Executive Search, and Organisational Transformation across the Benelux. He brings more than 30 years of international experience helping organisations and senior leaders drive measurable business results through clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution.

Before joining HTP Group, Govert served as a senior executive at a global fintech firm, leading major transformation and leadership initiatives across Northern Europe. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade advising Fortune 500 clients on leadership, transformation, and organisational effectiveness through senior consulting roles with global firms. Earlier in his career, he acquired and successfully led an industrial automation company in France through turnaround and growth, before selling it to a multinational group.

Govert holds degrees from INSEAD and HEC Paris, and conducted doctoral research in Organisational Behaviour at Henley Business School. A certified coach and coach supervisor, he combines deep leadership insight with practical business acumen. Having lived and worked in several European countries, including the last 14 years in Belgium, he helps organisations strengthen capability, attract top talent, and achieve lasting performance.
