Francesco is passionate about technology. All kinds of technology, ranging from simple gadgets (laptops, Smartphones, and IoT devices) to more complex fields, such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, robotics, augmented reality, and more. But his real interest lies in how the combination of these and other technologies can affect manufacturing in the digital age.

Born in Italy, Francesco got into executive search game to help change people’s lives—for the better! As well as meet and interact with intelligent and innovative people, building relationships that go beyond the professional. He joined Hightech Partners in 2017 — after working for seven years in a multinational group in the utility sector — and is responsible for recruitment projects and client relationship management.

His mission: Not only to find the right people to recruit but also find high-potential internal employees that can be reskilled to lead a company’s digital transformation and helping them thrive in the digital era.
